Studio & Staff

Our studio offers all styles of dance and performing arts including ballet, pointe’, tap, jazz, clogging, hip-hop, lyrical, modern, improv, hula, voice and vocal performances, musical theatre, Performing Arts Troupe and special needs classes.

These classes are for all levels of dance for ages 3 to adult. In addition, we teach solos, duets, trios, and small groups. Our students perform at many venues in Louisville, The Kentucky State Fair, and entertain with many spring and Christmas programs throughout our community.

The studio is very active in Kentucky as well as all over the country with our Performing Arts Troupe. Our dancers have studied and performed in New York City, Walt Disney World, Las Vegas, Myrtle Beach, Chicago, Atlantic City, and on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. We have also performed at the Diamond Derby Celebrity Gala, the Kentucky State Fair, the Louisville Tonight television show, Kings Island, the Coca-Cola Talent Competition, the Kentucky Derby Pegasus Parade, and the Louisville Zoo. We perform for many local organizations, nursing homes, hospitals, malls and other events. We have performed annually on live television for over 25 years with the WHAS Crusade For Children. We have developed National Champions and professional performers since 1979.

Our Miracle Dancers are students with many types of special needs. In 2012, they became a 501-C3 Non-Profit organization under the name of The Miracle Dancer Scholarship Foundation. They consist of over 60 dancers and are the featured highlight on the WHAS Crusade for Children. They have performed on the Morning Show, the Jefferson County Public Schools “Back To School Kickoff”, the National Spina Bifida Conference, for Governor Ernie Fletcher’s KY Employee Charitable Campaign, the Miss Wheelchair KY Pageant, and recently for the National Conference of Physicians for Spinal Cord Injury Research. Diane, her staff and the Miracle Dancers have been featured in many publications like Dance Teacher Magazine (April 2008, May 2009), the Courier-Journal (March 2013), the Voice-Tribune (November 2012), Jeffersontown Life Magazine (June 2013) and Middletown Life Magazine (June 2013). In January 2013 we expanded our facility to accommodate the growing needs of this group.

We appreciate the opportunity to teach your child and hope that we can influence them in a positive and helpful way for the rest of their lives. Children are a precious gift and we strive to make them successful in the performing arts and also in their daily lives.
